Outline your personal development plan

The fate of any organization taken as a whole is linked to the fate of each individual who is part of it, and vice-versa. This is why it is preferable to approach organizational development on the basis of a human factor development approach. Moreover, a priority should be given to the development of managers, as they are most aware of what lies at stake, both in economic and social terms. Thus, It is they who are in the best position to become driving forces for the development of their teams.

Each and every individual or collective development process should start by outlining an action plan, with the aim of filling in the gaps (illustration) that exist between the personal skills of a given individual/group and their project’s requirements.

Such solutions should be fully understood and accepted by both parties, namely the human factor that is involved in the project and its management. In order to be credible, this kind of development program should fit into a realistic time framework (illustration).
