Once the modalities of a professional assessment process have been detailed, the question everybody ask themselves is:\u00a0“can I prepare for the assessment, and how?”<\/strong>.\u00a0A number of books have been published and seminars have been organized with the aim of preparing people to the passing of all kinds of tests.<\/p>\n

Although perfectly understandable when applied to\u00a0knowledge tests<\/em>, this approach can prove counterproductive when trying to thwart a well-structured approach to\u00a0personality tests (articles)<\/strong><\/a>. Indeed,\u00a0a lack of authenticity during the assessment can actually represent a cause for the rejection of the application<\/strong>. Moreover, when people get a job after presenting an image that does not reflect reality, they will be confronted to the difficulties inherent to their\u00a0lack of compatibility<\/em>\u00a0with the position. The ensuing malaise will affect the person even more than the company!<\/p>\n

However, the following recommendations can prove useful:<\/p>\n
