There are as many definitions of coaching as there are \"coaches\". <\/strong>Our discussion of coaching-related issues will however be based on the the specific methodology of Management by <\/a>Coaching<\/strong> (MPC)<\/a><\/strong>. This approach provides managers with the tools they need to gain an overall vision of their role, project, partners and customers. At the same time, it empowers them to take a step back so as to further adapt their soft and hard <\/em>skills<\/em> to new challenges, share their vision<\/em> with their team - and inspire them.<\/p>

The aim of the MPC approach is to empower managers to lead their projects in the most relevant and efficient way possible, while acknowledging the importance of their personal well-being. Hence the incorporation into the approach of the notion of work-life balance<\/em>. The MPC™ methodology ambitions to contribute to the successful management of organizational change<\/em>, by allowing managers to act simultaneously as project leaders<\/em> <\/b><\/em>and coaches<\/em>.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
