Assess and strengthen your role as a coach

In the MPC mindset, managers practice coaching at both individual and collective levels. In addition to steering their project with charisma and determination, managers may also assume a supportive role. They indeed have the possibility of accompanying each member of the team they are in charge of – as well as the team as a whole – towards the achievement of their mission.

Moreover, managers would gain from adapting their coaching style to the situations they encounter and the people they are in charge of. They may indeed move from a directive leadership (in critical situations where employees reach their limits) to an attitude of support and counselling, when it comes to developing the team’s global skills.
